Lance Fulse is the HR Director for Harrell’s, LLC in Lakeland, Florida. He has served over 20 years in the field of Human Resources. He is a certified professional in Human Resources as well as a Certified Public Manager. He is also a certified trainer and facilitator of Extended DISC. Lance has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. He and his lovely wife have been married for 17 years, and they have a beautiful daughter.
Susan Hames
A long-term Lakeland resident, Susan graduated from Lakeland High School and then went to University of Alabama. After graduating she moved to Atlanta to pursue a career in business development for a national manufacturing company. For the last 20 years she has been at Rita Staffing helping Polk County companies with staffing solutions. She is a member of Mid-Florida SHRM, Trinity Presbyterian Church, LEDC, and a mom of two teenagers. She has been married to Rich for 25 years.
Ella Kimbrel
Creator of EllaToday, Ella Kimbrel is a senior certified human resource professional with over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources. Over the last 16 years, she has worked with Harrell’s, LLC in Lakeland, FL where she currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources. Ella is a certified leadership coach, teacher and speaker with the John Maxwell Team and she is a certified Extended DISC trainer and facilitator. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management and a Master’s Degree in HR Management. She lives in Lakeland with her husband, 2 daughters and miniature doxie.
Andrea Williams
Andrea has a passion for Human Resources that began over 20 years ago. She started her HR career at a small manufacturing plant. Her career path includes GEICO, the Polk County Sheriff's Office, and three Healthcare organizations. Her current role is HR Market Director at AdventHealth. Her passion also took her to the Society for Human Resource Management Association. She was the President of the Mid-Florida SHRM chapter for two years and now serves as the Foundation Director for HR Florida. She also serves on the board of Take Heart Africa. This not-for-profit runs a Fair Trade store in downtown Lakeland and supports orphans and widows in a village in Kenya. Andrea is married and has four daughters. She has her Bachelors's degree from the University of Illinois and her Master's degree in Employment Law from Nova Southeastern University.
